Gyms and fitness
Some digital nomads might prefer gyms or fitness centers to stay in shape. Exercising makes you feel better, look better, but also live better.
Avoiding exercise is more dangerous than smoking, heart attack, and diabetes. If you think you’re not at risk because you go to the gym once a week, you’re wrong. Scientists warn that occasional physical activity is just as dangerous as none at all.
The American Heart Association recommends at least 150 minutes of moderate activity each week. It’s only 30 minutes a day, five days a week.
